| 宕椾綅鑱疯铂(z茅) | 1. Selects, negotiates, assigns and charters cross-functional team to assume responsibility for each critical group of activities in program plan.
2. Establish priorities among multiple projects under area of responsibility.
3. Leads/coordinates team reviews of actual versus plan for timing/cost/quality, presenting regular updates regarding program launch status to Leadership Team and maintains meeting minutes of these reviews.
4. Insure that goals are achieved as planned or contingency plans are implemented to regain schedule or adjust to unplanned events beyond control of team.
5. Guides program team to meet all budget and profit objectives related to specific programs.
6. Support Customer APQP requirements through meetings/visits as necessary.
7. Provide support/guidance to Launch Team members in the completion of PM requirements.
8. Support manufacturing process development, program cost estimating and quoting.
9. Support supplier selection and development process.
10. Performs other duties as required. |
| 浠昏伔瑕佹眰 | 1. B. S. Degree in Engineering/Business or Equivalent.
2. 3-5 years experiences in the position of program, or project planning/application, or manufacturing in related industry.
3. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with all organizational levels regarding program objectives and decisions.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and proficient in team building and conflict resolution.
5. General understanding of the product/process technology, markets and related business environment.
6. Exceptional understanding of corporate finance, IRR, EBITDA and Profit/Loss is a plus銆�
7. Excellent planning and organizational skills锛宲roficiency in project planning, software (Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office). |
