? Successful expansion of SCHUNK-Portfolio for industrial robots, Cobots, AMR, AGV and Humanoid Robotics.
? Conducting technology scouting to identify and integrate future technologies for next generation of SCHUNK robotic portfolio and robotic ecosystem.
? Recruitment and coordinating research and development staff in China.
? Development and optimization of the R&D network regarding suppliers, customers, universities, start-ups, etc.
? Continuous contact and close collaboration with the headquarters to align strategic goals and projects.
? Acquisition and management of customer projects to expand the product portfolio and market presence in line with strategic alignment.

| 任職要求 | ? Master’s degree is preferred, major in mechanical engineer, mechatronics integration, automationor relative fields.
? Profound knowledge and background in the field of roboticsor mechatronic gripping systems.
? Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with headquarters and international teams.
? Strong capabilities in technology scouting and innovation management.
? Experience in the acquisition and management of customer projects.
? Proficient English language skills, German language skills are an advantage.
? Strong entrepreneurial mindset, Self-motivated, good communication skills with c-levelexecutives.
? Strategic thinking and acting, result oriented, clear minded with customer strategy and roadmap.
